DocO....J&S is a realtively "small" company. I assume they are hard at work keeping up with all of their orders. It's always best to just place a call to them. They pick up and, I'm sure will give you a ship date. You bought a great product....its will be well worth the wait. Just call them.

I did place a call. It went to voicemail. I left my name and order number as well as my cell number. No return call. I finally did get a generic email from them yesterday however. Said they had a slight complication with their painting facility and that put them behind. I'm fine to wait, but their communications have been terrible (even for a small company). Wife isn't happy because this was supposed to be my Christmas gift. I'm not a little kid waiting on Christmas day, so no biggie like I said, but she's not happy, and if she's not happy.. well.. Anyway, I hope the quality of this thing knocks my socks off...

No I didn't buy a J&S jack today. I've had one for years.

I picked one up from craigslist for $100..SCORE!!!!!...love this jack..slides right under the bike all the way without having to pull the bike upright by the handlebars with one hand to get the jack all the way under the bike..once on the jack, moving the bike around in the garage is cake..

Got an email on Thursday that it had shipped and it arrived today. T handle is on back order. Cold and nasty today so haven't assembled yet but solidly built is an understatement.

I too was concerned about the delivery of the jack in time for Christmas. Called on 1/15, spoke to a very nice women who gave me an update and said my jack would ship on Monday 1/18 (minus T-handle). It arrived Friday, 1/22 just in time for Christmas. I'm very happy with their customer support. Looking forward to putting this jack to work.

Had one of these. Nowhere near the strength or quality of J&S.

So you guys are draining your oil with the bike upright? This is one of the reasons why I don’t let the dealer change my oil....
