on the search for seat too...I think I've narrowed it down to the SDC with the backrest, the Lucky Daves "get lucky" or the C&C Sport Tour.

Trying to find a seat thats comfortable for me AND the wife, and still look nice...seems like a pretty hard task lol. The C&C seems to get the best reviews for the passenger. I do still have the stock seat I can throw on but I'm trying to just have one seat for everything.

I have the Drag Specialties Predator 3 right now and I actually really like it, but the rear section is tiny and it moves me a little bit back. I'm short so I'd like stock position, or a little bit forward.

cross out anything made by saddlemen except a road sofa perhaps for passenger comfort (sdc and lucky Dave’s are both made by saddlemen) c&c if you know what you want exactly. I have two saddles, a step up and a mustang regal for when the lady rides with me, it’s not attractive at all but if you are worried about looks you’re probably staring at it more then you are riding it. Also another suggestion check fb marketplace for used seats in your area! It’s how I got my mustang seat like new Condition for 150!

If you want a comfy step up style seat for the passenger, check out the Le Pera Kickflip. Way bigger, wider, and taller passenger section. My wife says it’s better than the oem (she is ~120# though). Pic for comparison next to a saddlemen. That SDC looks awesome but pretty sure it’s still a saddlemen.

Guys whats the deal with 14" rear shocks and full length exhaust? I have a Bassani RR3 full-length, will it interfere with bumping up to 14" shocks? I am running Legends 13" now but want to bump up to 14" and do +2" in the front to match.

You just need to make spacers for the mufflers, kinda like how some of the D&D systems come in the picture below. I have 13" Legends on my bike as well and my S&S Sidewinder has to be forced up to the exhaust hanger bracket and I didn't like the way it put so much pressure on the exhaust so I made spacers similar to the ones in this picture......

I have heard of just flipping the rear axle (I am running a 2:1 pipe)

Longer shocks shouldn't change the muffler mounting point as the engine/ frame interface hasn't changed.

I keep hearing that with 14" shocks and a full-length exhaust pipe, that the axle nut will make contact with the exhaust pipe???
