Haha, not a "cheap" build I guess but definitely on a budget compared to some.
My suspension is just 13.5" supershox with a 1" extension in the rear. Front is just patriot springs inside the stock forks with 2" screw-on cap extensions.
Pipe is a FM fiot, half the price of most stainless 2-1.
Stock calipers, ness rotors
speedkings tbars, no gauge relocation.
ness bolt on mids
klock fender

Hey guys. Still working on getting the ride dialed in on the king. Just changed up the suspension to PA fronts and rears, and this thing is really starting to feel good. Thinking hard on if I want to go to mids or not. Still not sure.

My question tonight is in regards to my riser/bar setup. I am running the Thrashin 9.5” pullback risers with their High Bend Bar. I love the combo. The feel of the risers coming from the apes, is night and day. And the bars are the perfect wrist angle for me. But I am leaning forward a little. If they could come back like 1-2” it would be PERFECT, and I would be straight up. Am I right in thinking that I can use the Kraus Raptor plate? Or the Thrashin version? I think I read that I would lose the fork lock ability. Not sure that I care about that anymore anyway. Thanks!

If you're on a King then no and yes. No it would not work with a Road King nacelle. Yes if you got rid of the nacelle and had it all open. not a good look or set up in my opinion.

Yep, not interested in that. Just looked on Thrashin’s website though, and they look to have 1” extensions for their risers. Maybe that’s all I’ll need. Thanks man!
