I can't help thinking that there is a clue in the use of names like "Riot" and "Road Rage", regarding noise output. Admittedly my ole bike has a mere S&S 107", but my Supertrapp is fine and mellow - although perhaps not as fashionable. If its good enough for Hillside Cycle....

I had the Mid Length 2 into 1 Bassani on my Street Glide I totalled in March. I thought it would be bad, but it really wasn't. On the highway, I run about 3k at 80mph and it didn't get loud until about 3500ish.

For a full length pipe that still retains power, the D&D 2 into 1 full length is a great pipe.

The new RG ST has a Bassani Mid Length 2 into 1 in black chrome this time, ready to go on. I'm still slow getting around so it might be another week or so before I get to the pipe.

I've added the SDC seat, finished the wheels, and today, I added Santoro bag guards. Kruas Wolf One Pro kit (top clamp, riser, bars, and gauge relocation) are also in a box waiting. The bars and gauge relocation match the blue wheels.

Totally agree. I loved my supertrapp on my dyna, I wish they made them for the M8 baggers but nothing yet!

The D&D is LOUD. My dad has that black chrome mid bassani and it is also VERY loud, but hes also running a hi comp 124" so thats most likely both of our problems. I'm not sure what pipe other than stock will calm the noise from them down much. We'll see, still searching....your new bike looks good!

Thank you. I'm not planning on any engine mods until something breaks. Anything other than stock is loud lol. The TBR pipe exits in front of the bag, right under the rider. It drones. The Bassani exits under the bag, behind the rider. I never had a drone with it.

The D&D is loud when I'm behind it, but on a CVO riding it, it wasn't bad.

On road trips, I tend to wear ear pro because I find the wind louder than the pipe.

I still have to complete the front end suspension, but I do have the LP6 headlights in now. This winter, I'll be adding the blue to the rocker boxes, tappet covers, and collars. The push rod tubes will go black. Not much else to do but add miles.

Just got back from a 3k mile trip. Souther Cali to Washington, Idaho, montana, Wyoming, then Sturgis. Twisty roads up the coast, mountains, mud, long stretches of straight highway and everything between. Everything performed perfectly. More proof you don’t need anything fancy, just get out and ride em.

Says the dude on the fancy bike!

Badass ride! Thanks for the photos. I'm still living vicariously through photos of the trips they take. My Sturgis trip was canned and I spent the time in the hospital instead. But, I got sick bike out of the deal.
