Short pipes don't have very good scavenging and the back pressure lacks. This results in not the highest hp/tq out put vs a full length pipe

I went with a Trask assault pipe. One day I'll be an adult and get an HPI pipe

QUOTE=crtman21;20323374]Yo men. I've got a 16 RGU, Fab 28 exhaust, Arlen Ness AC, Power Vision Tune & Wood 555 cams. Seriously considering going to the FM 113. Considering changing to the Wood 999-6 cams. I've heard the Fab28 doesn't put out the greatest numbers. Willing to change exhaust.....

My question, is what shorty exhaust puts out good numbers?

Comments, suggestions, smart *** remarks welcome. LOL[/QUOTE]

I only lost a couple tq and gained a couple hp switching from a full length fuel moto to a short Stealth pipe. Dyno'd same bike with same cam, just pipe swap before and after. TQ did come on later on the graph. Not enough to really notice a difference while riding.

Sorry for the delay. I didn’t see your question. I went with the 10.5:1 Fuel Moto kit.

Winter plans? Does riding count? Oh, headed out soon to pick up some new brake pads too. In like, 5 minutes I'm outta here.
