Ok, here’s my situation, 2014 Ultra limited, tour pak lights don’t work but my brake lights on the tour pak and the blinkers work. The only one that’s not working are the tour pak driving lights that are suppose to stay on while ignition is on. How can the same lights work for everything else, but not the driving lights. Now I was told by an HD dealership that factory says when the LED go out you have to replace the whole unit across the back of the tour pak. It not a fuse or a pint he’d wire.... does this make sense or I’m I getting screwed. I just can’t believe I’m gonna have to spend $300 for a new light bar

As mentioned before, it is quite likely there is a poor connection or damaged wire. You need to get down and dirty to inspect and test your lights - or find a local indy who can check it out for you.

I would check all fuses in fuse block per MilesofTexas. I would also pull the tour pak liner out of bottom of pak and check all wiring there, especially ground wire.

Doubt the unit is bad, if LED's light at all should be fine. Another issue if not on in run mode, but work for brake/turn. Tech is just pissing in the dark as normal. Parts replacer, not mechanic.

Not a fuse. Using a multi-meter check the solid blue wire going into the TP light bar, this is the running light. I doubt you are getting 12v at the light bar. You might also check the other (turns and brake) to confirm but because they work I'm sure you're OK there.

I had this same problem and I found the solid blue wire was pinched.
