I’ve used aftermarket batteries in every one of my Harley’s with no issues. The dealer is full of it.

That's only true for HD branded tires,as long as you have a different brand you can use any old air you like,but if you don't buy their tires you will likely burn to death slowly in a horrific accident,it is one of those catch 22 situations...

maybe if you installed a 600 amp diesel battery and something shorted out. No way a non HD battery caused these issues, dealer is an idiot.

None of that matters if you don't have Willie G valve sten caps.

Get a second opinion from an Indy shop or another HD dealership. Most of the Indy shops are own by former HD mechanic and or have former HD mechanic working for them.
