Welcome to the forum from central Texas.

You did what many do which is to replace parts before diagnosing the problem.

In the electrical subforum, there are threads called "Sticky"'s at the top of the subforum. Below are two that help diagnose charging system issues.

Testing the charging system

Additional testing of the charging system

Bike amp or car amp doesn't matter. However, curious if you blew any fuses? How you wired everything? Start from there and troubleshoot.

Welcome to the forum!!

If a problem begins shortly after a modification then recheck your work, or undo the mod.

Is charging voltage getting to the battery? I would check first with a good multi meter to be sure charging voltage is getting to the battery. It's possible the wire to the gauge got disconnected during the radio installation.

It seems what you've done so far has been haphazard at best. Throwing parts at a problem without a proper diagnosis is expensive and, as you've found, often in effective.
Once you have followed the instructions in the stickys above post back what you have found and we can be far more help.
