Not without major modification. 09 frame change.

Not without a wider fender, swing arm and probably a lot of other modification. HD went to a new frame in 09 with an 180 rear tire.

If I remember correctly it seems like the later 07/08 Touring Screaming Eagles had a wider rear tire?
