I forgot to say I'm running V&H true duals they have 18 mm bung holes in the already which are presently capped. And Dave about the wide open throttle in 3d gear, I don't do that I let off the throttle first before I pull in the clutch.

My skoot runs pretty good now but I thought after putting in 510 cams I would feel a noticeable difference. I feel just a little, very little and dyno tunes are out of the question from where I live let alone this is a touring bike, not a hot rod. I've seen them do the dynos and it cant be all that good for the bike if they have to do multiple runs. So I guess I will see if the money I'm paying is worth it. $625 Canadian. Ya I know. It should be here in a week. I was considering trading my bike on a CVO of the same year but a lot of people said to keep what I have as I know what I have into it. I'll let everyone know how it works out.

I swear, people ride harley's like they are made of porcelain. Dyno is just fine. And a wonderful way to break in a new build as well.

So you're decelerating with your clutch in? Doesn't make any sense to me but whatever....

My godson found that out the hard way. BMW s1000rr with PC5, canned map and auto tune module. Hicup off the
bottom and other assorted fueling problems. Took it to M Racing to get it squared away. Base map was too far off
for the auto tune to correct. A good base map, verified the auto tune was working and all his problems went away.

Dave, I roll the throttle back and then pull in the clutch when decelerating to a stop sign etc. I don't let the engine totally pull the revs back down. Ive seen dyno runs go full bore then the guy just lets go of the throttle. That's not the way I ride in real live, I roll it back and then as I'm coming to a stop or what ever I may pull in the clutch. I did NOT mean pull in the clutch at full bore and let it drop.

Fuel Moto is the only one I know of that actually makes and sells a 2-1-2 head pipe that goes under the frame for pre 2009 bikes. I'd definitely be looking at that for your bike. Did you buy the Autotune kit from FM? They'll pre load an good starter tune which you'll want for the PC5.
I take that back, you can use the stock pipes, the new sensors will screw right in where the old came out.

Tarkus60, true it did not have O2 Sensors but Vance and Hines true duals do and that's what I put on the 2003 RKC.
