It looks like the Garmin Zumo mount.

Garmin Zumo 660/665 mount . HD sells a kit to add it to top right of your fairing and wiring hides inside fairing. This kit is actually reasonably priced if you can believe that.

The straight dual plug looks a power plug, similar to the charging pigtail and the 90 degree looks like the power plug to the unit itself.

The previous owner of my bike left me the fairing mount cradle but no GPS unit. I bought a $10 weather cover for the cradle on Amazon, a couple bucks worth of screws and nylock nuts at home Depot, and attached the cover to a phone case.

Phone makes a nice GPS, and easy on / easy off of the bike.

The 90 degree plug is what connects to the Garmin GXM-40 XM Radio Antenna/Receiver if you have a Garmin 665 or Harley RoadTech 665 Unit. The XM will not work on the Garmin 660 or Harley RoadTech 660 Models.

Garmin like every other brand on the planet now makes later spec models, so check their website (not dealers) and contact them direct, to see if there is a later model that will plug straight in. Otherwise remove those parts or adapt them for the gps of your choice, which will come with the correct mounting components.
