Default turn signals not working

I have a 2007 ultra classic. had a blow out in the rear and it destroyed the rear tail light wiring harness. I replaced it and still do not have brake lights or turn signals. I checked the fuse it was blown. replaced it and still no lights. then I replaced the module. still doesn't work. my question is what else could be the problem. all bulbs are good.

Stupid question, but did you check the fuse a second time to see it if instantly blew again?

Not a stupid question, dawg! You know. I know it. Any wrench knows it!
