Hi. I have a 1996 softail custom with a weird turn signal problem. With the KOEO turn signals work fine. With the KOER they come on but don't flash. Any ideas?

Let me see if I can be more clear then. With the Key (switch) On Engine Off the turn signals work as they should. With the Key (switch) On Engine Running the turn signals come on but do not flash. That is of course when I activate the left and/or right turn signal switches. I hope that clears things up for you King Leonidas.

Sounds like your TSM (turn signal module). Did you recently install or do you have LED's? That's usually an indication of a bulb out.
