2008 RK Police with 55k too much or too beat?

One of my friends had a 2011 police RK and what he didn't like about it is that it did not have cruise control. He recently traded it in on a new 2017 EG. My 2010 EG has cruise control, love it, and I would not buy a bike now days without it. I believe on RK's it 's an option, my 1999 RK did not have it.
Also older EG have stereos, again I would not buy a bike without a stereo either, love riding with 4 speakers, have you test ridden any EG? They ride the same as RK's.
Up in N. Fl. on CL in Jaxs I see used pampered EG and RK's in the $6-8K all the time with less mileage and not hard ridden like a police work bike.

The radio is way over rated especially if you tour with earplugs. The cruise might not bother you on your side of the pond but here in the states where you might spend hours on the slab getting somewhere it helps me immensely from getting tickets as I have a heavy right hand when I have been on the highway for a few hours. It is a big deal on a touring rig.

New motor under warranty at almost 75k miles due to a bearing in the lower part of the engine going bad and about 1,000 miles ago the main gear/bearing in the transmission was replaced, at around 97k miles the compensator was replaced. Other than that it's been good.
