I've got the TallBoy setup. Lower at the heel and a little further forward, not much mind you. I'm 6'... well 5'11.5". At 5'10" you wouldn't have any problem. Still lots of board behind my heels.

I sat on my buddies 2016 victory X1 magnum and man that bike was comfortable. Seems like they were further forward and angles a little more. Does Harley have a kit that moves everything forward a bit. Maybe even raise them for more ground clearance.
