Google external breathers for Harley Davidson and you should be able to find it. Pretty cheap (inexpensive) if you ask me. Also check out DK Custom Products.

I did just that. Got some ideas from the diy's. So, this morning I designed my own version that would hide all hoses from view and still provide an effective bypass. Bought the parts this afternoon and completed the job by dinner. My version places the hose "tee" between the standoffs at the top of the back plate. The breather hose is then routed over the front cylinder under the tank and down the front of the engine. It is almost impossible to see it. Hard part was to drill the standoffs' inner side. I think it work just fine.

Thanks all.

Do you have the SE or similar back plate? I also searched but the only ones I found required some fabrication to work with the SE back plate. I was hoping there was one that's plug and play. Do you have any pics of the one you made?

I did this mod for someone else's bike. So I can't post a complete set of pics. But I did take one of the finished back plate which I can post. The tee coupling port is centered between the cylinder rocker boxes. The hose gets connected here and is fed forward under the tank over the top of the front rocker box. From there we tucked the hose up a little into the opening at the frame neck and zip tied it behind and along side of the right side frame so it cannot be seen. You could also use the left side if you prefer. Then we fed forward to the opening under the front of the engine. Parts were: 2 barbed 1/8 27 NPT fittings, 1 tee fitting, 10ft 1/4 ID nylon fuel hose. The holes (21/64) were a little tricky to drill because not much space between those standoffs. It can be done but do it on a press and go slow. Then we plugged the old vents with some black rtv and put it together. Hope this helps.

Thanks Bingee. Doesn't look like there's a simple bolt-on kit for the SE back plate. I think diy is the best way I can get what I need. Your way looks pretty simple. I think I'll give it a try.

Used Bingee's method on my SE back plate. I had a friend do the drilling and tapping because I don't have a drill press. I routed the hose over the front cylinder and down the left side of the bike frame. Then zip-tied it. It's invisible. It was a lot easier to do than I expected. Hopefully this will help keep carbon and gunk buildup to a minimum. Thanks for the help.

Doing this with Kury 9976 1 3/4" breather bolts, $11 for two, and Rushmore drain hoses (#11 in attached pic) I already have that snap onto breather bolts. Breather hoses go down behind a/c back plate into 4 Way brass connector. 2 connections into each breath bolt. 3rd connector pointing up and going to a separate vent filter and the 4th connector pointing down connected to drain hose catch can.

Buuuut is gravity good enough keeping your crankcase clean from oil sludge deposits, that's my concern in implementing this modification. It appears it's 6 of one way, half a dozen the other!

Appreciate it!
