A recent trip I placed a duffle bag in my saddlebag. It closed properly and locked find. Now the lock seems tone sticking and takes some muscle to lock. Once locked, it is secure and doesn't open, but I didn't have this issue before. It is the 2011 style saddlebag and latch on a street glide. Has anyone had this issue?

 

Maybe you bent the tabs inside the latch?

 

lube the lock (?) helps mine work smoothly w/ key
