That tire is separating,take it back.hopefully you bought it from a reputable dealer who won't jerk your chain in returning it.Even if you can't return it(unlikey) take your loss in stride and replace it.Its not worth crashing the bike.
Yep ... I agree with this... if a radial you will see the belt shifting around inside after a while. Might be what your seeing now. Certainly separation.
Blowout as I've always understood it and used it is a catastrophic rupturing of the tire. Based on personal experience and observation, a tubeless tire can catastrophically rupture just fine.

I was always taught that a blowout was the tube blowing its way through a hole in the tire and expanding/exploding. Just goes to show that even at 64 years old, you are still not too old to learn.......
BTW, even knowing this, I STILL refuse to ride on a tire with a tube.......
Get a credit and change over to Commanders. Dunlops suck, that are better than they use to be, but the Michelin Commanders are the best tires available currently. Just saying...
