Harley changed the frame in 2009, I believe. before that, there was some sort of brace that was used. Did the Evo models have the same frame and use the same brace?

 

What brace? I have an 07 street glide. No brace that I know of

T-T make 'braces' for all Touring models, since the rubber-mounts were introduced, no other brand can claim that. To understand what it does and why it is a jolly good idea to use one, read my thread on the subject.

 

Yes. I have a few questions. In the thread you cited you say " I make no apology for this being a long thread." Do you mean that you make no apology for it being a long thread in the context of the current thread also?

You also say at the beginning of the "2009 -on" section of the referenced thread "While Harley continue to use ... ." Does that mean that you're British?
