EZ Oil Drain valve
Anyone using this as a oil drain plug replacement?

They look really slick, and I'm thinking of getting one, just wondering if there's any real world experience with them out there...
Also what size for a 2009 Ultra with the 96 ci motor. they come in either 5/8 or 1/2 inch....
Thanks!

I think not. That thang vibrates open, it's lunchtime for the engine. Plus to me, it's the answer to a question never asked. What is easier than unscrewing a drain plug?
In short, the possibility that this trinket will fail is a lot higher than the OEM plug failing!
But y'all go right on ahead. ..

I have seen oil plugs strip out the pan to the point that the pan had to be replaced. Happened on my 2014 Limited. I still would not use one on a harley because the valve would be sticking out forward on the bottom of the bike. What happens when a rock hits it? Stock drain plug can handle the impact.
