Default Kerker/Supertrap originals

I called Supertrap to enquire about baffles for my 21"x3.5" "Kerker Originals" slip-ons. I was told the mufflers are now discontinued and if I wanted baffles, they would cost more than new replacement mufflers from them. Hmmmmmmmm, I don't think so. I have fishtail/rocket tips on my mufflers so I'm not looking to get rid of them. Can someone point me in the right direction or do I just give up and run what I have? The baffles, I pulled to repack and found out about three inches of the original baffle at the inlet had been cut off on both. The outer muffler and tips are pristine, would be a shame to throw them away.

I have 4 different sets of baffles for my 3 1/2" cans, even the original Kerker canisters.

Those can easily be fixed with a reducer adapter of the correct size. What is the OD of the perforated tube ?

You need to go from 2" ID to 3 3/8 OD. Most likely will to buy a used set and cut them up to get the parts needed to make it easy.

It1-xjs, would a simple exhaust reducer work from an automotive store? Weld it to the ends. It would channel the exhaust into the baffle instead of around it into the packing.

Yes, that is the plan. The trouble is no one makes the size needed. You could use two adapters but the 3 3/8" would have to be bumped up from a 3" piece, it may split. Plus you want to keep it as short as possible. They can be cut down. Then what's the 4 pcs cost vs something like this where you could just cut the end off and use. Still cheaper than new ones.
