I'm curious as to which part of the BRP this is. I'm leaving the last week of August to do a ride through the lower 48 and DC. I'm taking the shortest route except for three small detours. One of the detours is the BRP from Afton, VA to Coverdale, VA. It's about 115 miles on the BRP. I read a lot on this forum about the BRP and hope I'm catching some of the good part. My other two detours are for the back of the Dragon and The Dragon.

Man, W. Va. is my favorite place in the whole country; was just there last month. Where are you from exactly. is your sig. pic. taken at the New River Gorge?

Would love to relocate there (Preston county) but at my age, I just can't take the winters anymore.

I live on the Gulf Coast. No rides home like that around these parts. I envy you. Thanks for the great photos!

Definitely not what we see in South Florida when we ride.

That's actually the Highland Scenic Highway in the Monongahela National Forest here in West Virginia.

I'm from a small town in Webster County called Cowen. Pop. 506 and yes my sig pic was taken on the Fayette Station Bridge below the New River Gorge Bridge.

I grew up next to Preston County in Taylor County. If you don't like Preston County winters then you will hate Webster County winters. Cold and lots of snow.

It was the Highland Scenic Highway in WV. Not the BRP.
