For $200 let them do it. It's time. Dealing with brake fluid flush is a PIA.

Might be worth asking the manager to throw that in with the purchase. But two bills for the service sounds about right.

I know from firsthand experience that this whole thing of having to have ABS brakes serviced by a HD dealer is a myth. I have done complete brake jobs on mine in my garage and my ABS still works just fine. The trick is to be careful not to introduce air into the system. The clutch fluid is very simple. If you're mechanically inclined and want to save a lot of money, get yourself a service manual and learn to do these kinds of basic maintenance jobs yourself.
Of course HD doesn't have to do the brakes. You can DIY the whole thing at home including cycling the ABS. The thing you cannot do is provide proof it was done properly. In the event of a warranty or safety related incident, not having that proof could give the MoCo a way out of any responsibility. The only way to have that proof is to let a dealer, or Indy with the tool, do the job and provide a receipt.
The work itself is nothing, with the brakes it's all about CYA.

The front MC cover on mine has been weeping for a while and now the paint on it is blistered.

Both of those fluids should be flushed every 2 years. There is a gasket on the master cylinder cover and sometimes they start leaking, that might be what they are wanting to replace. My local dealership charges $115/hr for labor, so $200 for everything doesn't sound bad. But if you can do it yourself you will only have to pay for the fluids and master cylinder gasket/cover.

That's not out of line, and the master cylinder gaskets do get deformed from over-tightening. Tighter does not make for a better seal....

For a HD dealer performed service, I'd say $200 for entire fluid flush- all three brake calipers, and the clutch with replacement covers is right in line with what I'd expect.

As an aside, you can do this at home if you have the desire. You only need to use the digital tech machine if you introduce air into the lines while you are flushing them.

Says as much in my service manual.
