Weird clutch feeling
So yesterday was riding in very hot temps 95 degrees out. Was having a grabby clutch on takeoff. Never usually have any issue. 3 times on take off the clutch grabbed hard before it should have caused engine to lug real bad. It was either applied or released. Could not get it to slip with any lever movement at all. This morning everything was fine. Only rode home after work so didnt have to stop once I left work. Any ideas? Don't know if clutch or spring is updated or anything other than stock.

Yes, stone cold, room temp.
OP, since the clutch needs to be adjusted cold it means that temp affects how the clutch engages. Perhaps your clutch is slightly out of adjustment and the added heat of an extra hot day caused it to not release.
I'd check and adjust the clutch and verify the primary fluid level. If it does it after that I'd consider pulling the primary cover and physically checking the clutch discs and steels and verifying the ramp and ball operation on the other side.

Thanks for the advise. I'm gonna check primary fluid and clutch adjustment. I'm gonna change the primary fluid and trans fluid since I'm gonna be there. Ill adjust clutch and see what happens. Got lots of hot days coming up so it will be easy to tell if its fixed.
Is it possible that a too tight primary chain could be the culprit? I'm sure it still has the auto adjuster setup.

And check the play on hand lever, pull on the clutch cable, you should have 1/16 to 1/8 inch of play on the clutch lever, as you depress the lever.
