Default need some help...

Today I was on a ride and half way through ride the bike started running rough. After pulling over and started diagnosing when I disconnected the power commander3 that I have installed and reconnected factory harness back into ecm the bike started up and ran fine again. However here is my dilemma. The bike is a 2008 ultra with se 255 cams Rinehart 3.5 pipes and a Arlen Ness Big Sucker air cleaner. The bike has been tuned on a dyno. I had been carrying on the bike the xied modules as a backup in the event that this happened someday.....I have not talked with my dyno guy yet, so I was just looking for some input what should I do. Can I keep the xied's in for now or will I be doing more harm than good? Suck part is that I am leaving on a three day trip to Maine in four days....

IMO, the xied's would work if it was just exhaust/intake, but you need a tuner in place because of the cams. After having issues with Power Commanders in the past, mine is currently done with Power Vision.
