Wheel Bearings
Ok I don't post much but learn and enjoy "lurking" here, so now I have a question as I spent a while evening looking for new wheel bearings for my King. Where can you get GOOD bearings for it (not dealer Slovakia bearings)? It is a 2007 with 1" (I think) bearings. I found ALL ***** BEARINGS, but got conflicting stories on them as to quality and fitment. Thanks to all for your information!

I've purchased bearings and seals from these guys before and was happy with both their products and their service... Boss Bearings...

I replaced mine with all ***** and so far are holding up great,a little over 9,000 miles. On my old bikes i always repacked wheel bearings and replaced seals at every tire change. For what little price the sealed bearings are i think i will continue to replace at every tire change, for piece of mind if nothing else.I pulled the seals off the factory bearings and was quite surprised at the lack off and quality of the grease in there. Not something i want to ride on.

You won't find the 9247 at the local bearing house, They just started showing up on E bay about 3 years ago from China and japan. All ***** has a replacement but have no idea where it's from. The 2008 up is a standard bearing available everywhere.
All ***** is a KML bearing.
All ***** is a KML bearing.

wheel bearings
For what it's worth, I just changed the stock factory bearings my last tire change. Bike is an '08 FLHT. That was about 1500 miles ago, and the odometer is reading a little over 106,000 actual. Checked the regularly, and at every tire change. NEVER pressure washed. Bearings were still within specs for runout, etc., just seemed time to change them. Bike didn't handle strange, or anything. Old bearings turned just like the new ones, near as I could tell. That being said, I guess those cheap factory pieces of crap maybe not so bad? BTW, I bought the bike brand new, so I know those were the originals.
