I had the Bassani Road Rage Megaphones on my 10 FLHTK Limited and loved them. I'm leaning towards them again for the 17 RGS but from the sound clips on youtube, the M8 do not sound the same (103 VS 107). Seems like more of a rattle clankity clank inside the pipe on decelerate.. I know the sound clips do not do justice but for those running them on your M8, are you getting that sound on decelerate?

If the music's too loud, you're too old.

If it doesn't make you wear earplugs it's too quiet.

V&H High-Output ProPipe soothes my nerves and makes me smile.

 

One other thing to think about, not knowing what else you are planning on adding to the RG, if you are thinking about having the Cool Flow fan installed in the future, check with the pipe fitment. Some of the companies will clearly state that their header is not compatible if you have the Cool Fan installed.
