Aftermarket wheel what happened

OP, why would you start a second thread 14 minutes after the first?
I'm guessing the bolts were not torqued to specs and no threadlocker was used. Maybe it's just dirt but they certainly don't look like new bolts.

That's the point of my question regarding the assumption that if the wheels were shipped assembled, they must haveincluded new brake rotors and the only thing the OP had to do was install the wheel onto the bike. Anything else, and the problem could lie with the OP. If indeed everything was new and pre-assembled, I would take issue with the aftermarket company.

I don't believe those bolts could have been new 9,000 miles ago. I'm guessing these fasteners compromised the whole assembly.

Agreed. For several years now those screws have come with pre-applied thread locker, which is yellow and very obvious.
