I dont think all American Elites are radial tires.
You're right; there are only a few sizes of radial Elites and none of them are spec'd for Harley touring bikes. The Elites on my bike are definitely bias ply tires.

The "B" means "Bias", and Harley sizes of AE's are all bias.

I agree , I misquoted my tire size as an R out of habit and was told AE's only come in bias ply for my bike , I believe the Michelin's are also only bias ply for touring Harley's.
