Runs worse than before....

Runs worse than before....
I recently bought a 2nd bike,....( 95 RK) it had a new carb on her but it was'nt set up right. I turned a couple screws and she ran really great but I knew it needed to go in and have her gone through completely. I take her in and leave her and they tell me that the carb was in real need of adjusting and it was missing a few things. I had them do a 50 point check-up to see if there were anything else I needed to be aware of and they said that she was basically sound and just needed a few things to get her top notch. So I went ahead and had it done. Today I take her out for a ride, and right off it was hard keeping her running. After heating her up I take off down the road and I could'nt get her over 20mph withought serious popping backfiring and shooting a flame out of the back ....just miserable. I am of course taking her back in but thought that maybe some of the experts might have an idea why this is happening. She was flying down the road before I took her in but now. What could've happened . I know there's got to be a ton of variables but any help would be great.....it always seems to help I think when you walk in seeming to know what your talking about.....
Let me know
Thanks

Thanks,....she's a looker and has been well maintained. As far as the carb it has an S+S SuperE I believe. I just tooke her out again and she idles fine,....but as soon as I start to giver some gas she has a fit, spitt'n a backfiring, and I can't get her over 20-25 mph cause I can't seem to be able to crack the throttle,....it's as though there's way to much gas flowing in. I can smell it. I have to take it back in on Tuesday but was hoping someone might have an idea as to why. I will tell ya this,....when I picked her up I for no real reason drove her around the parking lot and it seemd fine,....but as soon as I get home it's like hell to get her to run....just thought I would put it out there for the guys that know better about these things than I do,...
Thanks Folks

Give whoever worked on it another 'chance' to make it right. The S&S carb is a good aftermarket carb, with millions of miles of use.
If they don't get it running good, find yourself an independent shop with a dyno, and someone that knows how to tune a carb using it.
Does the bike have an aftermarket cam in it?

no it's the same cam,....I have it set to take it back on Tuesday. These folks at Spacecoast Harley have been good to me and will get it right I'm sure,....I thought I would throw it out there for the mechanics here to offer an ideas as to why all of a sudden. It's as though something popped off or got moved or ,...hell I don't know. I was going to start turning the screws on the carb to see if I could get it to run better but thought I better leave her alone,.....Before I took her in she was running really well after I turned a couple screws but I knew it was a new carb and that the guy that I got her from installed it himself and I just really wanted it gone through to make it as mechanically sound as possible,....not to sound like a shotgun is going off behind me.....

I don't know how much $$$ you want to put into the bike, but I'd highly recommend a cam swap. And swap out that damn INAcam bearing.
I'm running an Andrews EV27 in my EVO and it was like night and day the difference it made. Combine that with your Super E, and a set of free flowing slipons...You'll have a totally different bike. (Add an aftermarket or SE ignition module and you'll be able to 'rev the motor into the horsepower area). All without sacrificing any reliability, fuel mileage, or longevity.
