Yep ... the operative words here are "use to" not any more ... I was recently quoted $940.00 for a pair installed ( with tubes and liners, I have spokes ) I politely declined.

Yeah I'm happy with the stock tire, if i weren't leaving for a trip out west in a few weeks I would run it a while longer. I have just over 17,000 mi on it now, could easily put another 750-1,000 mi on it, but no sense in pushing it.
