Who mounts tubeless tires on tubleless spoke rims?

I thought the benefit of the tubeless wire wheels is that you could plug a leak while on the road versus having it towed to a dealer to patch the tube. I would take the rim to a tire place that works on rims. I know I see advertisements every so often for wire wheel repairs for some of the old British cars. The corrosion area may be polished or filled with a compound to solve the leak problem. The allow wheels are susceptible to corrosion as well. I wonder if dealers just throw in tubes on these when they leak because it is easier. I would want the rim repaired versus buying a new rim or installing a tube.

From what I know this is correct - people / dealers throw on the tubes to fix (serious) problem.
We will soon see the extent of corrosion and if it can be fixed. Otherwise I'll probably with a new OEM tubeless.
