Default Handlebar Phone Carrier Mount-ball size?

I like the fitment of this handlebar phone carrier mount shown
in Harley's parts catalog, P/N 76000537. Does anyone know what size that ball is?
I'd like to use it with my Garmin Nuvi GPS which takes a 17mm ball. Anybody know what size that ball is?

This is the Garmin GPS clip it would need to mount to.

0.625 inches or 15.875 mm...I already tried to find one that fit the HD mount and was unsuccessful.

ETA: In fact, I was unsuccessful in finding ANY other brand that used the same size ball.

Go to TechMounts. They have a crap load of mounts, including control mounts.

Thanks to Queen of Clubs and GalvTexGuy for the info.
I guess I won't be using that mount then.

I took a look at the Techmount site and found this one which might work but I might
keep looking.

Here's the little plastic clamp I got at that big auction site but the little screw broke that held the 2 parts with the ball attachment so I had to temporarily plastic epoxy it back together.

This is the placement which is perfect for not being in the way of speakers or gauges. Problem is, it's plastic and I don't trust it.

I don't own a RAM mount, but they are highly rated and regarded. Here is one that should fit your Garmin. http://www.rammount.com/part/RAM-HOL-GA55U

I own that Ram Mount but although it is stout, it is awkward and too big.

This is as little bulk and as small as you're going to get.

Take a look at RAMS own website, they have a remarkable range of stuff which we often don't see on dealer websites. I bought from their UK site recently, quick delivery and much better choice of goodies, as well as parts for many sizes of ball.

Check out RAM motorcycle mounts. I've used them for years.

These are good ideas. The Techmounts are metal.
This could also be OK except I wish it fit a 1" bar without all those adapters.

I've tried a number of options. The strap types all slip even with griptape wrapped
around the bars
