Hi guys I have a 2017 street glide special it has a looks like a light right at the end of the fender but is it supposed to light up, buy the way mine has a brake light about the lower light can anyone anewer this for me.

 

The Canadian Street Glide does not have a light in the housing.You can buy a complete plug and play unit from Custom Dynamics.

 

i just went thru that, there is no light inside the fender light, but there is the harness that plugs in from each side of it, this harness goes thru the light and up to power the turn and brake light on our candian bikes, what i did was open the light up yes it can be done carefully and install a small strip of LED from walmart and tap in to the harness, if you want plug and play Custom Dynamics sells a plug and play unit that will provide brake and running light capabilities, below is the link for the canadian bikes

Thanks guys I dont know why the canadian bikes dont come with that light.

 

It is the government protecting us,I'm not sure from what....lol
