Default Highway Pegs

Looking to add highway pegs to my 16 Limited with lowers. Anyone using HD Heel Riser Footpegs?

No, just have regular pegs on my 16 limited. Never seen those before?

No, I just rest my heel on the floorboard when I want the extra support.

I think the heel extension "could" present an obstacle when getting off the highway peg to the brake if needed. But my shoes are longer than most, might not be an issue for everyone.

I have regular ones on my bike... don't know if I would care for those...

Thanks guys! I'll go with just regular old pegs instead.

Why? Just because others may not want them does not mean you may not find them nice to have. I can actually see them being comfortable with a bit more options than standard pegs. The more options I have to move around and adjust on a long trip the more miles I can put on between stops. Not about to switch mine out but if I were looking for new pegs I might put them on.

I only have highway pegs on my Sporty, but when choosing a suitable set I found, being a shorty, I needed the ability to adjust them, to get them 'just so'. If I had fitted a straight set directly on the crashbar I wouldn't have been able to reach them! So make sure that whatever you buy will actually work for you.

I have a set with the stirrup rest on them and will never go back. Gives me more options to put my feet at different angles when riding. I love them

I don't have those but would love to try them out. Don't let others with no expereince with them push you away.
