I had the local stereo shop make some for me, they can do it pretty quickly if they work on Harley stereos.

 

I used my Focal KRC 165 grills. Little black electrical tape on inner opening and they press fit in.

Did you have to modify the pods to get the grills to fit, and are those factory or aftermarket lowers?

 

This project never materialized for me. When I received my after market fairings, the inner portion of them had paint blobs and there was buff marks that wouldn't come out on the outer part and one linkage was broken. So, I sent them back and ordered a factory set from HD. They have the glove boxes and I will probably leave it as due to the factory head unit being too mid rangy for my taste anyway and I don't want to swap the head unit. I have the grills I ordered still if someone needs a set.
