(NOTE: Touring models aux lights are controlled by the BCM, auxiliary lights have a B/BK wire that extends all the way to the BCM, which gives it control. Softail FLSTC models, fog lights are controlled by a physical switch. That switch is powered by the same BCM line as the headlamp. This means that due to the wiring in the motorcycle this feature is limited on softail models).

As to cutting and splicing it might seem such an easy thing to do but will be a pain to put the bike back to stock, IMO. I would get the harness lead or make my own.
with a can bus system, you do not want to be cutting and splicing. could open you up to a whole lot of unintended consequences.

My suggestion - go back and talk to the service manager. Simply tell him/her that when the low lights are on, you can turn the driving lights on. When you switch to high beam, those lights turn off. Let them know you want them to stay on. If he is not familiar, you might try a different dealership.

Just as an FYI, when I got my last new bike in 2021 and reminder the dealer to do this, he told me that they customarily set this up on every bike
I have 5 dealers in the area, I’ll try each of them. The kid I talked to maybe seemed like he was new and didn’t know what I meant. I told him on 14 and up bikes in the digital tech you can enable the passing lamps to stay on with the high beams and he said no I don’t think that’s able to be done. I was already having a bad day so I just said ok and walked away, I didn’t wanna make the kid feel stupid.

Unless he's an experienced service advisor, they normally learn from the tech guys. I'd call another dealer, and if they say yes they can, you're in luck. Oh, and don't bring the other 2 heads.
