If not under the side cover, check behind the headlight.

Do you have the OWNER'S manual for your EG?

If not, you can get it here.

Like Mr Mike said, check behind the headlight. No need to remove the outer fairing, just remove the headlight bucket http://www.dodgecityharleydavidson.c...3)//WINDSHIELD

Try this link for your owners manual

Well not the fuse they came on again but stopped working again. I lose signals, dash gauges, radio and brake lights. I'm guessing there's a short or relay of some kind. I bought the bike a week ago and previous owner cut wires on front turn signals and the 2 spotlights I hooked everything back up and hat is when this started. The signals, radio ect will come on and then stop working again is it possible it may be the voltage regulator. i had the bike 2 days with no problems until i hooked the front signals and the 2 spotlights back up. The wires are color coded so I didnt screw that part up. When front signals were not hooked up the rear signals did not flash.

The turn signals are similar to a car in that when a bulb is out, they will not flash. Without the front turn signals hooked up there might not be enough of a load to make them flash.
As for the signals, gauges, radio, & brake lights, I think they are all on the accessory circuit. It sounds like you have a short (most likely with the lights you reconnected) and it pops the accessory circuit breaker. When the breaker resets itself everything works again until it overloads & pops again.

I think you can view the wiring diagram for your bike by entering your VIN and looking under Vehicle Documents.

If that doesn't work I could try to send you a wiring diagram.

Probably a loose connection. A short will blow a fuse.
