mine broke off last week, just got out of the DMV getting a new license plate. Called Kury on the way home & in a matter of 4 minutes, they acknowledged the problem & are shipping me a new & improved frame, free of charge.....no questions asked.

I just thought I would update anyone having the same issue.

 

Just recieved my replacement today. Looks to be a little thicker. Hope it holds up

Not H-D paint.....it's a PPG color, Orange Glow that my bro-n-law shot for me. Thanks for the comment.

 

Well good to hear but I have been waiting over a month for my replacement because they were "back ordered". Curious how long 06strglide was kept waiting?

Do you have a name and number of who you spoke with? I have one of those as well, and mine has been doing fine so far, but I'm sure its just a matter of time. I would like to speak with them and see what the best course of action should be. (If I can avoid having to replace my plate when I lose the whole thing)

Purchased mine from american classsic. Had to get a replacement from them. Took about three weeks.

 

Hopefully it is new AND improved. A new one will just break again.
