2005 FLHTPI Detachable Sissy bar help

I ordered what I thought I needed for parts....

Detachable Docking Hardware Kit #53803-06
Detachable Sissy Bar Upright #52610-09A
Smooth-Look Short Passenger Backrest Pad - 51579-05A

I get how the docking hardware kit is to be installed, but the sissy bar does not look like it's going to work....

Are there any members out there who has done this application?

Any help/pics are appreciated.....

The 52610-09a fits '09 up bikes. The instructions for the 53803-06 docking kit list 3 backrest that will work with the kit.

After checking my original order, I did in fact order the #52935-04 sissy bar, the vendor shipped the wrong one by mistake I'm guessing.

Thank you for confirming I wasn't wrong on the one I needed
