I'll have to give this a go some time. Often I find that helmets squash my head from front to back and cause wicked pain in my forehead.

preetindersinghg - it should be tight but not painful. What brand is helmet? Try thinner pads or maybe yours have layers that can peel off?

For long oval helmet fit try Arai Signet Q. I have a long oval head and have two of these and they fit great. Cheek pads are adjustable

I have to admit I didn't know such people exist, until Mrs B and I decided we needed new helmets. I was easy to sort out, but the lass who helped us was very helpful with my wife, who ended up with a helmet she would never have chosen unaided - and it is indeed a perfect fit!

Don't buy till you test a Arai Signet-Q, I suffered for years with the same front to back tightness.
