many find speedos on craigslist, ebay etc.
I myself have sold a bunch of speedos like that.
before you swap speedo, have you checked the sensor- held in to the top of the tranny with ONE allen screw, the tip is a magnet and if covered with filings won;t work well- wipe off with a rag
