Just my personal opinion...the best radio is no radio. You want radio? Drive your cage. When I jump on a bike, it's all about me, the bike, and the road.
Now. to your question. Your problem isn't with your radio...if you have the OEM batwing, which knowledge you didn't advise. There are four pretty studly 5/16" bolts holding it directly onto the fairing mount. If those are tight...or even if two of them are tight...this I know because my former Street Glide only had two of them, my choice, it was too much of a pain in the *** getting the two rear ones back in...it's not going anywhere. So check those screws, make certain they are in place and tight, a new radio ain't gonna help ya there. It's like...back to basics, doncha know.
If you have some sort of aftermarket fairing, ignore the above. And if so, please edify so someone can help ya properly!!!! This may just be a matter of spending some time hands on, checking out your scooter!! Good luck!
