Default Wild 1s 518 and brake cable

2016 road King
Considering WOs 518 beach bar.
I contacted them on what I would need to change.
The reply was change the front brake Banjo fitting to a 90degree.
My question is, can you change the banjo fittings on the HD stock brake line?
Anybody else experience with the brake line and the 518s.

For the moment I kept mine stock with the 518's and the line points down. Not what I want but for now Ive been able to enjoy the bike until I find a solution im happy with. If I go for an aftermarket line thats braided then Ill probably have to replace my clutch cable to match. Thinking a local hydraulic place can make me a new black line.

Not the end of the world and Ill do something about it eventually. I ordered a matching P clip for the line like the clutch cable uses.

That looks like it works for now. Can figure out a permanent solution down the road, as you say. Thanks.

I ended up changing the brake line to a stock length one with the 90 fitting. I also had to do the wire extension because mine were way to tight for my tastes. You really only need a few inches, but the kit was 12 inches.

I bought the extension kit as well but retained the stock brake line and cable. No way I could've kept the wiring stock.
