Last fall I bought a used Arlen Ness Big Sucker II, it has the fluted billet cover. I like the cover, but it is pretty marred up likely from leg rub. From what I see Arlen Ness only has two cover options, this one and just flat chromed steel. I have been looking on Ebay and other places and can't find any other options for the Stage II cover, lots seem to be available for the Stage I. Anyone have any leads? I'd love to find one with chrome/gold flames, it would match the other covers I have put on.

 

Maybe you can find a specialist body shop and have it powder coated or painted to match
