I love those little things. One in every tool box and vehicle.
Reasonaonly accurate and I don't care what happens to them.

Same here, I have several HF Digital Meters, they are as accurate as my pricey meters.
The probes work well in the Deltran pigtail.
Don't trust the HD gauge, however.

well i tested with a volt meter at the battery and with the bike off it showing 13.5 volts and with the bike running it climbs to 14.4 volts.at 2000 r's it did not move it stayed at 14.4.should it have climbed a little at higher r's or is this normal????oh and thanks for reminding me to not rely on the in dash volt meter i also discovered that if i lower my head and look at the gauge its shows about 14.8 volts or just under 15.if i sit up in normal riding position it looks like its in the high 15 volts.in any event ,since the L.E.D. upgrade it is showing higher then it was by about 3 or 4 volts at the in dash meter.never have checked the voltage at the battery, never had a reason to , till now.

As I posted above...

14.4 is fine.
