Default Vance and hines twin slash ovals vs twin slash rounds

I currently have vance and hines twin slash oval mufflers and and wanting a little more rumble. I have heard a few touring bikes with the twin slash rounds and they seem a little louder than the twin slash oval mufflers. I don't if it's just me or if the rounds are louder than the twin slash oval mufflers. Has anyone had any experience with both?
The twin slash oval mufflers don't seem much louder than stock sometimes and I'm just wanting a little more rumble but not too loud.

I've had the Dresser ovals for years, which are now essentially the same thing as the twin slash ovals. I just talked with customer service at Vance & Hines the other day because I'm thinking of changing to a blacked out exhaust system and didn't want to change the sound. They recommended the Eliminator 400's and said the sound would be basically the same. With those being round, I don't see how there would be too much difference between the twin slash ovals and rounds.

I have the v&h double slash cut rounds they sounded good when I got then then they sounded great when I removed the cat on my 2010 ultra. So if you want more sound remove your cat.

Twin Slash rounds do sound good very good
especially behind a 2 1 2 header like my Fuel Moto

I got the Rinehart 3.5s also and keep switching between them
I cant decide which set I like Better

I have a 2009. On the 2009 touring Harleys they didn't come with a cat unless they were a California or international model. So mine never had a cat.

I have the ovals and I love them. The sound is great, not too loud and not too quiet, get on the gas and hear them sing. I purchased them six years ago and the chrome is top notch. No peeling or flaking.

They have a nice low tone to them but are a little too close to sounding like stock in my opinion. They just don't have enough rumble for me.

I had the twin slash rounds with the stock headers and cat on my 2010 RK and they sounded great. Installed true duals and they still sound great. Not too annoyingly loud, but they really rumble when you get on it... And now I have had a brand new set installed this winter because the bike got dumped while parked in a parking lot last summer and they were a bit dinged up, and the brand new ones sound great as well. Love em.

Does anyone know the baffle size on the twin slash rounds?
I measured mine on my twin slash oval mufflers and they are 1.75 or 1 7/8.
