Default What to do.....

I rented an 07 Ultra yesterday. I currently ride an 06 Heritage. Wow what a ride the Ultra was. While on the Ultra I was like definately I am getting this one. It was so comfortable and on interstate it was great! My only complaint was my knees hurt from being cramped up. So with that being said, when I got home and looked at my Heritage Iwas back in love withits looks and all. What do I do? Buy the bike that looks the best, IMO, or go with the one with the best ride? My dad said he would buy the Heritage and sell it back to me, so maybe its not that huge of a desicion since I will probably own both in 5 years. Its just hard for me to justify 2 bikes. Sorry its long and winded post but what do some of you guys think about it?

Never ridden a Heritage so can't do comparison. Iown a 2007 EGC and had a 2004EGC before that. If you're going to do any long riding, you cannot go wrong with a H-D touring bike. Heck, I even us mine for daily commute(13 - 25 miles one way, depending on how I go).

As far as comfort and being cramped, maybe a different seat(I use a Mustang), highway pegs or even different handlebars would be in order. I'm 5'9" and 226 lbs. and have never felt cramped on the bike.

Thanks!Definately pegs would help. I am not too worried about that, I propped my feet up on the lowers and it felt great! I still cant get over how well it handled. I thought since the softail was lower to the ground it would handle better but I really think the Ultra handles better. As far as distance I honestly dont go that far. Most of my riding is running around town. Hopefully that changes someday!

I have owned both and now only own the Ultra. Comfort is most important to me and regarding looks, alot of good looking Ultras and Classics around.
