Can any authorized HD dealer place the security system in "service mode" ?
How do you know if a HD has a factory installed security system, when you have no fob ?

 

if you have no fob, you have no security...

(if your bike is a 2007 and up proximity alarm type)

 

To answer your first question, yes they can. But if you got it without any fobs it is unlikely that it has security.
