I got a J&S last month with the "stand". Its great if you have a second bike you are working on. I got rid of the harbor freight table "big red". Im too old to kneel next to the bike for long.
Great product-fair price. easy to maneuver the bike around at full extension too. Don't forget the handle to push the bike around.

Just that this subject comes up about every 2 weeks and your line of request had J&S all over it. Found it odd, nothing more.

Anyways, as mentioned, the J&S does exactly what you inquired about, works just as the video, and is made in USA, and is highly recommended. I have 1 and wouldnt have another brand. As far as the price, yes its higher than others, but for a reason. Have not heard of anyone regretting getting one

Whatever the item in question, I most often adhere to the advice, "Buy the best, cry once". Trouble is it is difficult to identify the best without an excellent forum such as this one. Then again, often the best is out of price range. Then . . . you just buy as many of the cheap ones to replace what breaks--to the point where the expensive version costs about the same.

The J&S fits your requirements to a T. Theres 1 in the classifieds
https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...-carolina.html

Also Pitbull gets same reviews, 1 in classifieds too. I have no experience with them.

us1fountain: I cannot even guess how much shipping would cost from NC to Idaho for 88 lbs.--without packaging. I might as well buy a new one.

However, you are correct that this is exactly what I want and will buy.

Every now and then J & S will have a discount on shipping if you don't have to have it asap. I bought the oil pan too fwiw.
I have a J & S, very happy, removed front and rear tires at the same time, the bike was very stable lifted all the way up then lowered onto the stops!

  • What, are you crazy, thats ridiculously expensive! I use the Sears yellow jack (or Harbor Freight, pretty much interchangeable)
  • Sears, are you joking? You paid $20K for a bike and now you are cheaping out on a flimsy jack? I used one once, and my bike practically lept off of it by itself. Never again
Yea this right here
